At Smart Stitch Studio, we strive to provide high-quality digital embroidery designs that meet your expectations. Since our products are digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a purchase is completed.

Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final. Once a design is downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded. Please ensure that:
✔ You have selected the correct design before purchasing.
✔ Your embroidery machine supports the file formats included (PES, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, VIP, VP3, XXX).

Exceptions

We understand that issues may occasionally arise. Refunds or replacements will be considered in the following cases:

• Corrupt or Unusable File – If you receive a damaged or unusable file, we will provide a replacement after verifying the issue.
• Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchase the same design multiple times, please contact us with proof of purchase, and we will assist you.
